I booked my first trip last Friday and only a portion of the money has come out of my account still. It says in fine print to contact the resort to find out when the rest will come out so I sent an email but no response yet. Does anyone know what's going on and when I can expect the remaining balance to come out? Thanks!
Your situation may be different. Most times I book, the first night is pre-charged and the rest when I get there. Although, that is clearly indicated in my receipt.
When we book directly with TTR, we usually have to prepay the first night and then we are asked to pay the balance 14 days prior to arrival.
