No offence, but a half and hour isn't going to do anything much for you. Work hard before your vacation, and enjoy it while you are there. It's all about calories out, calories in. walk lots, have lots of sex, and only eat one big meal a day. trust me, you can't do too much damage in a week. But if it makes you FEEL better, fill your drink cups up with heavier liquids, like frozen drinks. required more effort to curl to your lips!!! LOL
I am on a mission to drop 55 pounds by the end of sept. Need to get under 200. Have lost 7 pounds in 4 days. so I have started out on the right foot.
My wife works out just about every day in that gym, me not so much. I try to tell her sex burns calories too! O well. Don't be afraid to ask for something in the gym. Last year they bought new mats after my wife complained to one of the bosses. Sounds like you have a good goal, keep going, vacation or not, live longer. Cal
I (Reta) used the gym while we were there. I had to be there before 7 am or after 9am, as it was busy. LOL! I have never seen so many people workout on holidays before... lol But then again, this is Temptations we are talking about! I too am on a stick workout. With all the walking, dancing, activites, hitting the gym and watching what I ate, I came home 5 lbs. lighter..... and trust me, those Lime Margaritas are good! Had them everyday! Keep up the good work... hope you have a great time at the resort!
Reta, Thanks I have lost 100lbs before but over the last 10 years I gained it all back. I was 144 at one point. That is way to thin for me. I ideally would like to be 180 or so but just shooting for 200 at this point. One good thing is that I carry my weight well
I've lost over 100 lbs from in the past 3 yrs (gained way way too much while pregnant). You can do it!
The gym was good, but if you like running just head out to the front of the resort and either turn right or left on the path. If you turn right and go to the end of the path it's 3k, so then turn around and come back that's another 3k. Makes for a good run...but definitely do it early in the morning before it gets too hot.
