How far would you travel to be with CCC friends?

So I got to thinking seeing as though we are not able to make it to TTR or GOV this year due to budget issues, how far away are the people we have met or found as good friends through CCC? The I started looking up them on the map and plotting courses after reading and following Lenni and Jodie on their cross continent tour. SO.... I pose this question. In the times in between going to TTR or GOV how far in time would you drive to spend a long weekend with CCC friends that are close to do a "meet in the middle" and party at some obscure town and raise some hell for a few days?

 

I have driven 4 hours each way for dinner with friends on more than one occasion if that helps.

Oh.. and we flew from Denver to Indy and drove to Ohio for a weekend party... Flew from Denver to Philly for the very first stateside CCC party...

So in answer to your question.. whatever it takes to party with the best!

We've flown to Texas, Arkansas, flown to Cabo, and driven from Arkansas to Oklahoma all to hang out with great CCC friends, but the all time best is meeting a huge group of them in New Orleans for Wishes, Wonders, & Whodats Make-a-Wish weekend....you should join us!!!

 

We already have. 14 hours to Nunnly TN. to visit Brandi with the B, and Craig,lol. Lauri 221 travels hours to get to see us, but thats because she gets lost. She lives about a mile away,lol

We flew from Ottawa to NC for Labour Day weekend a few years back.

 

We too have done the Wishes. Wonders. & Whodats Make-a-Wish charity weekend in Nola.
What a great cause and well worth the time. Quality group of ppl all hanging out in the Big Easy, every year (Sept). Very Cool.

P.s. Even Jannet, Paloma and the Icon (Chinos) made it last Sept.

 

We're going to spend a long weekend in August with a few CCC friends in BC. Flying coast to coast!
