How do you delete you profile completely off this site

Hi Amy! I was pretty mad at this guy on Sunday, but Ryan took it in stride.

 

Help please !

How do I delete t his profile ?? My husband started this without my knowledge and I want my pictures off this site, no offense to anyone but I did not want this and do not want my pictures on here, please tell me how to fix this

This is not a "rat" or whatever, I'm very sorry, he's not being a creeper or anything, just being an a-hole in terms of us. According to the messages I've read he's serious but I'm not, like I said no offense to any of yall whatsoever, I appreciate the replies, but who is steve and how do I PM him ??
