How can I get the hotel to respond to e-mail enquiries? I have e-mailed the hotel several times regarding a promise made to my wife and I when we were there last year (during the conversion work) but can't get a reply at all and can't get any response on teh "live help" either - last time I was on for 45 minutes and still didn't get an operator. HELP!
