Jinx..I also was looking for a place for singles ( By the way there are no vacations spots for singles..LOL ) Traveled to several Caribbean islands in my search...Told my travel agent of my dissapointment. She suggested a resort called Blue Bay Getaway. I tried it and have coming back ever since...:icon_smile::icon_smile: I like meeting new people and relaxing as well as having some fun!!! I heard of Cancuncare my first year there and have been posting ever since!!!:huepfen013:
to cut a long story short, i work all week with kids, saw bbg come up on the telly, saw it was adults only, told dave when he came in, and booked it that day, knew nothing of the hotel or cancuncare, had such a great trip, that we are going for our 6th time next month.
that was much the same way we came across it when it was bbg was it the same thing we watched i wonder
about 2005 - a very close friend of ours told us we would love this place. we booked our first trip in april 2006 - enjoyed it so much we decided to do t's 40th birthday there the following year found the site in 2007 and the rest is history rob
I was sick of the Grand Oasis and the young Party puking crowds....lol....so I booked Jack Tar Village, Just before I was supposed to leave something got messed up with my reservations, At the same time my friend was staying at Blue Bay Getaway and Offered one of his premier bonus weeks for me to use, needless to say I went, I met so many good people and great friends that I barely saw my friend throughout the week, ..So I decided that If i can have that much fun practically on my own, then there is no other place for me.....Hence Im a year after year repeater.....
A couple of years ago we booked blue bay get away Dominican Republic, when we told everybody here they commented on Blue bay cancun, and about the sexual vibe even though they had never been, they had seen it on T.V documentaries. When we got to Dominican it was a fantstic adults only hotel, but there was no big party seen a few games at the pool, but no real night life. Always wanted to go to Cancun but more expensive than DD and cuba, so we have saved up for this year. Checked out BBG but found out it had changed to Temptations so April 2-16 Here we come. Looking forward to fun days and partying nights. I'm the more open loud one, partner can be shy until he mixes with people, it takes me to do the talking and the first move. Hope to meet some great people.
We love the adult only, sexy party atmosphere, great people and the fact that they only play Merle Haggard and George Strait tunes there.
