Blondie started a new job in March and she told them, up front, that we go to Cancun twice a year for 8-10 days and we go up to Idaho for a week every August. The said no problem but waiting until after accepting the job could be a problem.
Actually funny story, I got the tool box for free when I was buying the knee pads: We were at Home Depot and I was buying a ton of stuff for a remodel I was doing. It involved lots of floor tile work (hence needing the knee pads). While the 19 year old kid was ringing all my stuff up, I pointed out the knee pads, then pointed to Elyse and said "Those are actually for her". The kid started laughing super hard. Then I guess he just decided to skip ringing me up for several of my purchases. I was pulling the toolbox up, and he just waved it forward without changing for that too. Then he said "Your in the military" and give me that discount as well, then says "take something to drink from the fridge on your way out if your thirsty too". It was pretty awesome and saved me 100's of dollars. Best joke I ever made!
Lisa and I will be attending Bourbon night. We will plan on bring McKenna Henry. We look forward to meeting everyone.
