We've had massages there a few times. It's unlikely you'll have any problem booking one the day before you want it, so don't worry about booking way ahead of time. Not sure if Ginny was kidding but there's a few different types of massages. If you want the real Temptation experience I highly recommend the sensual massage. It's amazing! And if you do the Boobs Cruise; I haven't tried it but the running buffet is also supposed to be very memorable!

Our recommendation would be to skip the resort massage and get a beach massage. When you walk onto the beach, go left and go to the second massage hut you come to. It's less than a 5 minute walk. A full hour massage is $40 and they have side by side tables so, including tip, $100 gets the two of you an excellent massage on the beach instead of in a windowless room. We do 2 every trip.
