I hear you about work. I own my own Bookkeeping company. Tax time is tough, but we make it happen ! Sorry to hear about your friend Ang
Hey everyone. Jeff and I did software updates on our phones and we stopped getting notifications of everyone's posts. We just got on here wandering why everyone has been quiet! Meanwhile we have missed a lot of posts! Ugh!! Can't wait to see you all!!! Ang
Been wondering where you 2 catalysts were hanging lately. Glad to see you haven't run off and abandoned us
The official one month countdown has started for us! All cloths and costumes laid out on spare bed, tanning, diet, gym, USA transfer set up. Park and fly Hotel reservation in Atlanta night before flight. Hair cut appointment made for 2 days before we leave. NO we are not OCD, after so many trips we just know how and what to do.
Curtis and I want to get in on the Bourbon tasting but not sure what to bring? Not exactly bourbon connoisseurs, lol. Any suggestions? Oh, and there is NO WAY I'm taking 13 shots! I'd need more than Steve's chariot to carry me away; more like a stretcher followed by a serious stomach pumping! So I think my shots will consist of just a sip please!
Awesome! Heres a few suggestions: Four Roses Single Barrel, Knob Creek Single Barrel ( Marshe is bringing Knob Creek also but I dont think Single Barrel) Wild Turkey (my preference is Wild Turkey 101 or Rare Breed) and Makers Mark 46. I can give you other suggestions if you like. Just let me know if you choose one and I will add to the list. Look forward to meeting you both! Okay, embarrassing to admit but I never fully unpacked from our last trip in August. My bags are sitting open in the floor and I just took out of them what I now, no longer being a newbie, knew I would not need (in other words I removed pretty much everything that resembled real clothes, lol). And then I added some other stuff I realized I should have brought instead as well as have been adding items I've been purchasing specially for Halloween along the way!
Awesome....the more the merrier and the drunker Guido will get!! I see Ready2Party has already responded b4 I could and good thing too. He is HnH's expert on the subject of good booze and spirits. Guido may also have some great suggestions too. I know very lil about bourbon but this making for a good learning opp. And a great social night. It is not like I am ever goin to order a bourbon in a bar with my vast ignorance. But after Oct 28 I will know enuff to know what I like if I meetup with bourbon fans in the future. All I can say is that Maker's Mark is reasonably priced, widely available, and pleasant tasting and still unaccounted for on the Bourbon L/U...
Agreed Sheldon. Makers Mark is a great bourbon for the price. I like Makers 46 a little better but both are very good. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I537 using Tapatalk
