About the stair thing, we requested 4th floor at the ocean end of the 3000s (specifically 3409, we love the view) so ours would not be a good one for late in the crawl.

We'll be on the first floor, so we could always end around our room... That being said, those are all excellent points about the stairs.
Well maybe we just double up... Anyone on upper floors bunk tbeir botttle into a ground floor room. So we get multiple tastings in fewer rooms
Not necessarily THAT room, but in THAT area. We are fine with hosting but I'm just saying early in the crawl would be good.
