Blondie started a new job in March and she told them upfront, before she accepted the offer that we go to Cancun for 10 days in May and October and we go to Idaho for a week in August and they had to be okay with that. They said "no problem".

Same here! I said i'll take the jobs if you knour the holidays I have already booked and paid for! They said no problem! That would have been the deal breaker if they had said no, even though this is an awesome job with a nice pay rise! So, party on! How do you wanna celebrate?
