What is the Halloween attire like on actual Halloween night? Do people actually get dressed up in costumes and such or is it like the normal theme night attire?
Halloween is my favorite holiday and I will usually go all out. I am thinking of maybe going there this year as we are not going in April this time.

Remember that time, years ago when Chinos was still running things, and the punishment those 2 guys got for not having costumes? Ever since then costumes have become high priority and via osmosis, Halloween participation has become the social event of the week Sorta like the Academy Awards of TTR.
