    Ohh I'm pretty sure I could make it happen......with the majic of white band power.

    Wish we were geographically in a position to try out my hunch, but stuck in this F'N frigid icebox here.
    So instead of Portobello Tower, Beef Carpaccio and Salmon Filet.....it will be me grilling Porterhouse steaks and Lobster, freezing at the barbie.
    And instead of Sexy Coffee it is KeyLime Pie and IceWine for dessert.


    But...
    We are 9 days away from Copacabana in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica

    We celebrated Valentines Day last night. We had Beef Wellington, Lobster tail, fingerling potatoes, spinach salad and tiramisu. All made in-house, course. It was fantastic.
