I think that once a week they SHOULD open the Sky Bar to everyone. It might be a good marketing strategy to show off what people could get all the time if they'd become a member or book the tower... I think the hot tubs doesn't have to mean sex. Just more intimate/romantic and warmer than a big, bright, cold pool that's too deep. A hot tub allows for closer conversation, sitting together and hands on people's knees, etc. it can be the prelude to people taking it back to their room... I love Charlie/Carlos the DJ dearly but it's too loud at Bash and too loud at the sexy pool. I do love Bash and sincerely hope that pool parties will only be once a week. And agreed, please add handrails for the Bash stage.
