Hi! We have booked the Hotel Azul Sensatori but cannot find it on your forum list. We are worried as we are going in December as a Christmas family holiday and a lot of people suggest it hasn't been built yet. It was formerly the Hotel Azul View. Please can anyone let us know if you have any information on this hotel as reviews are not to be found on google. We may have to cancel the holiday rather than spend it in a construction site. azul From what I found on various websites, it looks like the hotel simply had a name change. The hotel is not in Cancun's hotel zone. I can't get the Karisma's website (company that runs Azul) to open so can't get the exact location, but I think the Azul Sensatori is in Puerto Morelos. That is about 20-30 minutes south of Cancun. Do a search for the hotel name and Puerto Morelos and you might have more luck finding info on the property. Good luck!
