I feel the need to detail my post further .....This was our 3rd trip (second this year) as we love the resort. Please allow me to say that I'm not trying to paint an ominous cloud over the singles subject or complain needlessly, simply describing our experience this trip in the hot tub. There were singles who were absolute gentlemen (hey Brits, Aussies) and we couldn't be happier with our time around them. The hot tub is actually great.. The resort is great. I'll leave it there. Best to everyone.
Intrigued by what time the hot tub now closes. When we were there in July it was closing at 7pm latest (same as Sexy pool) ..... ) Owner of a yellow card from Hot Tub in Nov. 2017 !!!
This thread is awesome lol. Me and Sara were actually talking about this last night. I am very open to letting my wife do and talk to whoever she wants. I enjoy seeing her let loose. However she doesn't enjoy guys hitting on her or making her uncomfortable. If she liked it, i wouldn't care. The problem is, people dont know when to stop or how to take a subtle hint.
Ok lets steer this back to the hot tub! We hit the old one back in 2014 and it was dismal at best, I have no positive comments about it. We are very much looking forward to the new setup. So from pictures, do they have the jet circles down in the sexy pool and the hot tubs up above teh sexy pool? Sorry not familiar with all the terms of the new spots.
yes the old fun holes which have jacuzzi like jets still exist in the main sexy pool but are not heated and not hot tubs. With the new TTR there is an actual heated hot tub (depending on when you visit different reports of how heated as when we were there 3 times to the new TTR it wasn't heated quite to our liking but maybe that has improved recently) which is located at the top of the ramp outside of Bash kind of overlooking the sexy pool.
We tend to last long at the sexy pool and then quickly shift towards room evening fun. We have been to the new TTR with the jacuzzi 3 times. On 2 of the occasions it just was so crowded we just continued on our way to the room. On the other trip it was more of a cocktail hour environment and we stopped in to socialize but we wish it was warmer. Plus security was very strict so there wasn't much of the hanky panky mentioned above going on. More recent reports indicate the temperature has gone up and there is more leeway with the hanky panky. We will see for ourselves in April. Hope to try it out a little more.
Haven’t been to the new TTR yet is the hot tub somewhere special now. In general cruises and resorts hot tubs are hit and misses. Cold lots of times, crowded people spilling drink and whatever fluids in the water. But have had some fun times. The problem with these resorts is you got people that think these places are their personal playground and have no respect for anybody. Some people just want to hop in a tub for some chill. On the other side of the coin you get those that think it’s their own personal resort and no noise or fun can occur in their presence. Later in the night have to expect Tom foolery in the tub. Last time at TTR the crowd seemed pretty respectful of others. And unless you volunteered for games there was no force feeding of everything
Thanks for all the reviews and other comments. The idea of this thread is to have an idea of what to expect if we decide to get into the hot tub. We hope we can met very good people as we did last year. We loved this place and can’t wait to go back.
Last January there was quite a bit of Hanky-Panky in the hot tub, security wasn't a problem, the issue became more of how far people would go. Sex Soup sort of comes to mind? We went straight to the shower from there !
