For our dates it is just $147 a night with no cancellation / change fee until 5 days prior. We need that flexibility as our sitters could always fall thru or need to adjust. The clever site says cancellations and changes may not be possible and alpha is a 20% charge. Glad skoosh is back selling Temptations.

Hey peeps that seem to know everything about all these different travel sites! I have to buy 1 night in April to add onto my 7 Miss T nights. 50/50 chance I won't make it in April. The cost of losing a 1-night booking won't keep me awake at night, but does anyone happen to know which online seller has the best cancellation policy short of buying a cancellation waiver? If the alpharooms waiver costs $95, that will almost be as much as the booking for 1 night single occupancy. It would be nice to be able to get some portion of the room cost back if I have to cancel. I'd be cancelling about a week in advance, since it's the last night of my trip. Thanks!
Most places that let you cancel , have a diminishing clause,, the closer you get the higher the penalty. I think you would be SOL at one week. Hope I wrote that write,
I forgot about that, Glenn heh heh :aktion014:! Actually, what your post also made me remember is that the resort sells overnight passes. I wonder if that would be a better bet? Then I don't have to buy it unless I actually make the trip. Hmmm...but probably the resort will be sold out on April 21st. I don't think they will sell me an overnight pass if there are no rooms.
I think you're probably right about that, Donald. As I said, I'm only going to be out a 100 bucks for the 1 night if I don't make it in April, so it's no big deal. My trial could potentially not settle until April 12, the last business day before it is scheduled to start on the 15th, and I will hold out hope right until 5 pm on the 12th!

The majority of the sites will charge you 20% including alpharooms so it doesn't make sense to do their insurance. Skoosh charges you nothing up until 5 days but costs a little more than alpharooms.
