We just booked our trip for July. $1200 per person for the week was our limit, and we got it for $1178 through Expedia, with the travel insurance included($1120 PP for just the trip). Booking through one of the European travel agencies would have saved us about $140 (not including the insurance, which we wouldn't have got through them), but we did not want to deal with the hassle of going that route. Also, Expedia insurance is only $59 per person, and that includes a one time "change or cancel for any reason", which we like. If something were to come up, we could cancel the trip and only be out the $118 we spent on the insurance.
Priced out Orbitz. Leaving Boston day after Thanksgiving 29th - until Dec 8th. Total with JetBlue non-stop flights came to 2491.00 and I believe there is a coupon for $100 off (ORBITS100 OR TRAVEL100). So for nine nights 2391.00 seemed like a good deal.
Alpha rooms for July just dropped 200. It was 658 this afternoon i just booked it for 473 seven nights....wooo hooo.
We scored 950 for eight nights in June on alpha rooms. I checked it several times a day for weeks and noticed it changed often. Not sure if the time I booked made a difference but I pulled it up a 2 am and it was the lowest i saw. I live in Florida so not sure what time it was where alpha rooms is located.
Try this I just checked all weeks in July when you hit search and it brings up Temptations at 658 hit search again and it changes to 473.....stays the same all the way through Check out. Strange but true
