I am in europe I have not heard of them , I prefer using alpharooms xx

 

I have used them and received by confirmation as soon as they received the money. I contacted them by phone & emails without any problems.
I have not called the hotel yet, but from my experience, from staying in 5* hotels in the States, the German websites (like HRS.com) , always offered the best rates & deals, such having a suite @MGM Grand in Vegas for $70!!! and never had any problem before.
Trivago would not be supporting them if they were not legit.
EU laws are very strict so no company would dare to do like Sun n' Fun (or whatever is their name)
And finally, their rates are different for every dates. Some dates very cheap, others which coincide with European peak time, high...

We have used Apple Vacations in the past with good success. Ease of booking, no-stop flight, etc. Is it cheaper to continue to book ourselves online or go with a travel agent?

 

Have you used these guys? They are about as cheap as I can find for our dates. Says a twin room with ac whatever the hell that is?

If they are the cheapest, then definitely book with them. They are the real deal, very professional and quick service. We are using them for our September 2013 trip because they were $25/night cheaper than anyone else.
