    Newer ones yes, I know I can. I'd have to look up the wording in the contract but there is either a tax payment or commission (can't remember what it is right now) that you have to pay to do it.

    Again, you can sell them but it's not something to pick up a bunch of packages to resell.

    Right, because they lose tons and tons of value, as with any timeshare-like product. This is why I'm not understanding why anyone buys them "new" rather than getting one of the many that are being dumped by regretful buyers. (Other than the pushiness of the sales pitch and the strength of the drinks, that is.)

    I have not seen many for sale for Temptations. maybe i don't know where to look
