Just got more votes in, kinda tricky and a lot of work but here's how:

-Use a program to get fake IP addresses such as "Hide My IP"
-make sure you clear your cookies from your browser
-go vote using an email address, it appears that made up addresses work
-close the browser
-tell Hide My IP to change the IP
-open browser, clear cookies
-go vote using an email address, it appears that made up addresses work
REPEAT

I just got five more votes in using this method!

I suspect the "other side" is doing something very much similar. It's very odd how the votes come in.
