Very very good book that explores life's lessons as seen through a father and son on a motorcycle trip. Not just a guys book either, my fiance is reading it right now and she is in love with the book.

I would highly recommend Mein Kampf by Adolf Hitler.

Very interesting read about the ideas he had before he took power. Plus its a great way to meet people with common interests.

Don't forget the Red Treasure Book by Chairman Mao Zedong, whose Cultural Revolution swept many off their feet.

How about Machiavelli's "The Prince", Marx's "Communist Manifesto", Plato's "Republic". A nice cross-section of philosophy to peruse.

If you party hard enough you can write your own book for others to read.
