maybe the person that normally does it wasnt at the resort that week so they couldnt offer it? I doubt everyone knows how to make that sexy coffee magic! lol
Yeah, I'm thinking they are down to only one person that can do it and if he's not there, SOL. Seems like it was pretty random availability in May so far. And, yes, you DEFINITELY would need to be trained appropriately to do that and not set yourself, a guest or the restaurant on fire!! I had said to people that maybe no one worked there that did it anymore but if it's been hit or miss, there must be at least one person still there.
This isn't a TTR specific thing, we went to Barcello Maya several years ago and had the same thing, or a similar thing, I don't remember the orange peel there. Anyway my point was there should be several people in the area who can do it. Maybe those with flame retardant skin lol
Even if it is a busy time and they do not offer it you can always order a coffee with Baily's or amaretto. Both are also good.
We had supper there on Saturday May 10 and saw it for several people and we had it as well. Very cool to see!
I had it twice this week. Every waiter in the Italian restaurant can make it. Just have to ask for sexy coffee.
