This is what we do also. We pack Gatorade packets and pour 2 in a bottle to replenish before starting the party again.
I always tip the maid $20 first day there and if I remember another the 2nd wk, always have plenty of water (yuck just for coffee)
When we boarded our USA Transfers van, the driver showed us a cooler full of beer, soft drinks, and water, and said “Help yourselves!” My response was GIDDY-UP! and I handed drinks to everyone in the van. Once we got to Temptation, he said, “That’ll be $3.00 apiece for the drinks.” Oh. Note: I don’t consider this a HIDDEN fee as much as a DUMBASS fee, as in: I was a DUMBASS to assume that our all-inclusive vacation started in the van instead of when we actually arrived at the resort. Lesson learned. ~MAXX (M-A-Dos-Equis)
As stated above, there are 'extra' fees, not hidden. At the restaurants, a bottle of wine, other then the house wine is extra.

The biggest hidden fee is the cost of all the return trips once you get hooked on the place. The first time we went, we had no idea we would end up going back so many times.
When we used them on our arrival Feb 3, they didn't have beer. For our return Feb 9, they had them and told us that they just started.
