Now Cat 5. Yikes. Dean didn't take lives in QRoo because the Mexican Army had the resources to move everyone to safe shelters. Belize just doesn't have the resources to do that. The country's all but broke. If it hits Belize City it could be very messy. It could destroy the entire city, house wise.
