Hi Jess--I take a class at a studio (found it through Groupon!) It's definitely the hardest and most fun workout I've ever found. It seems to be getting more popular, so maybe you could find someplace in your area?:daisy:

Laura, I understand how hard pole-dancing is even tho you make it look so easy. I took a free introductory class recently to try it out, and I discovered that I am completely inflexible and lack even a modicum of natural grace. Instead of twining gracefully around the pole, my legs thunked and slapped against the pole and they are stilll covered in big ugly bruises. It was utterly humiliating! So kudos to you for all the hard work you've obviously put into learning the pole. :clappyinghappy:
