It's really not that difficult to eat healthy at the resort. We generally eat very cleanly 24x7, 8 days a week, and have not found it to be a problem. My favorite aspect is all the fresh fruit that's available all the time at the buffet. For breakfast, you can always get egg whites for an omelette, and I go through about 4 hard boiled eggs (no yolks of course) every morning. As for dinner, you can't go wrong with the restaurants. Healthy choices can be found, and you can always ask for no butter on the bread, sauce on the side, etc. as you see fit (no pun intended). You can always ask if something is prepared in a butter bath, and choose accordingly. My only complaint, and it's a minor one at that, is having to put a shirt/cover up back on to run inside the buffet to grab a quick snack in the afternoon. Which equates to having to carry more clothes down to the pool. This is a topless resort, isn't it? Hooray for boobies.
