There are some that my wife and I have used, IHI, BUPA, and AXA. My daughter got her international insurance through Cigna. International Health Insurance | Cigna Global International Health Insurance Plans | Worldwide Health Cover at Bupa Seguros para tu Salud AXA http://www.ihi.com/ I also used, or attempted to use IMSS, the Mexican National health insurance, but accessing the services was too trying for me, in the end, and if you can afford it you can get better care elsewhere: it is, however, a reasonable alternative for those who need to limit costs, with premiums in the hundreds, instead of the thousands, per year.
