My wife and I are just finishing week 9. Here are our results! 1. Those who know me, budha is gone! 2. Seeing size 32 again. 32-34 is average. 3. 225lbs Gone - Just a hair under 200! 4. Actually seeing what AB muscles look like!! ... 5. Able to do aprox. 100 Different Styles of pushups! 6. Able to do 339 different Core moves! <--- if you do the program you know what I mean here!!! Can you say Fifer Scissors? Ouch! 7. Last but not least... Superman - Banana!
Five months to go till TTR and I'm starting Insanity on Weds. I'm doing it with my best friend and his wife so hopefully the group effort will help us all through it. Going the program it looks nuts but the hard part is the diet, I'm used to eating one or two meals a day, not a bunch of little ones. So here's going for broke!!:aktion047:
Been through it twice with excellent result. Temptations was my motivation last year and the fact that I wanted to proposed to my fiancee on New Years. I started middle of september and by middle of December I went from 235 from 218. By the end of this summer I was 204 but I was also bartend outside in the heat for 50+ hours a weeks. I am on my third go round and I am back to doing 20 chinups on the Legs/Back work out. Its a great program but diet is also essential to getting extreme result, I eat very healthy during the week, and cheat on Sundays. I cant wait to go back to Temptations in December after my third round.
I have used this program. It is great! I love it but it takes a lot of time out of your day. I seen great results!
stopped P90X about 2 weeks in and just started back up on Sunday. My normal routine will be P90X Monday - Saturday with the Insanity Fitness Test on Sunday. Plyo killed my legs again, but I'm going to fight through it this time and get this weight off.
