Not bad for the thousands that go.

Man, that sucks. Did they have to stay stuck in a room for 14 days at $150+ per day? That would be crazy.

Is the testing onsite TTR/DRM the nose swab test?

I'm also very curious if its the nose " scratch the back of your freaking brain" or the Saliva test?

Yes on swab test. Been to the test room to schedule ours. We've been at TTR since Tuesday. Having our tests today.

What's interesting in that article is that some resorts offer a free stay if you are stuck in quarantine (which is the right thing to do) while TTR will charge your for the privilege.

Also, shows how silly the rules are, since you can instead just fly to Tijuana, cross the border by land, and then fly back to your home city.

My wife and I will be there Apr 10-16 (3rd trip). We are starting to worry a little bit about getting a positive test. We plan on trying the place across the street 1st, hopefully for a negative test. Any updates on anyone testing positive??

It is definitely a “one sided” article (though show me where I can actually find both sides anymore of anything in one place???) with the intent of pushing people to not travel. An extra two weeks in a balcony overlooking paradise for free and they somehow make that into “a nightmare” even though one lady could work from her room and the other guy got paid leave......???
I think I will get my travel news from CCC from now on, @Steve and everyone else here has not steered us wrong yet!!
