Smack in the middle of Golden Parnassus and Hedonism is where Temptation resides, in my thinking. Not geographically, burt style and environment? Sure!
I went to the GP once about 7 years ago. I must have hit a bad week, cause it was pretty much a ghost town. Nothing even remotely exciting. But I'm sure you'll be happy with TTR. It sounds like what you're shooting for.
My husband and I have also been to GP. We enjoyed the stay but TTR was a notch better when it came to food, people, and partying. We found the rooms to be cooler as well. You can't go wrong wit TTR .
I'd say TTR is the right place for you then. The wifey and I are in our lower 30's, we had an absolute blast in June. So much that we're going again at the end of Feb... and then again in June this year lol
