Frozen drinks throughout the day are always helpful!

Like everyone said water + gatorade are BIG in preventing hangovers and staying in decent overall condition. Deff bring some powdered gatorade down and use that, you can even mix Vodka with it if you like.

Green tea hot or cold does wonders as well, at least for me.

Best advice I was given was do NOT throw away the one water bottle the hotel gives you. You can bring that to the bar and they will fill it with water for you.

Also when you need some rest, just take some rest. Even if you need to take a day off or at a slower pace thats fine. Its about having fun, just get to where you are comfortable and enjoy yourself.

Hangovers? What is this you speak of? Is that the headache I get when they tell me I can't get anymore beer at dawn?

Seriously though, pair of aspirin pint of water, off to bed ...

    Make friends with a Canadian

Every time I see a hangover thread I think of my Canadian friends who can get either Tylenol or Aspirin with codeine over the counter.

One of those and everything feels just as it should no matter how bad the hangover.
