    Drink plenty of water throughout the day. We always eat the burgers and fries before we head off to bed and also big breakfast with the green juice. It is great. Never had a hangover since my wife convinced me to drink water in between every 4 or 5 drinks.

    I have to be very careful as well - one night, I drank so much at TTR that I was hungover for 2 dayz after ... couldn't eat anything - it was so bad! However, I think it had something to do with no DJ playing = inability to dance my ass off. Obviously, like everyone said previously ... hydrate. But, the Banana was a great tip, and I was told cranberry juice works wonders for a hangover. So, thanks for the posts - I'm set!! CHEERS!! :ernaehrung015:

    What works for me is keeping track of how many drinks I've had as the progresses and being sure I know my limits. :-\

    Bwahahahaha...I can't even type that with a straight face. Who am I kidding? That never ever works.

    Just keep drinking until you drink yourself sober again.

    The last two years I've packed these energy pouches from the grocery store that you just add to the water. Replenshises vitamins and electrolytes which seems to help for round two.

    A hangover occurs mostly because you are dehydrated. Alcohol is diuretic (it sucks water out of your body) For every alcohol drink you need to drink a glass or two of water.

    Sun exacerbates the effects of alcohol, you sweat in the sun so you're dehydrated as it is, combine that with alcohol that also dehydrates you and not only will you be hung over but in some cases can be life threatening.

    Drink gatoraid or sports drink prior to going to bed. Plus 2 advil works. Trust me on this one. The sports drinks replenish the alcohol during sleep.

    Thanks everyone! Off to bed to wake up at the ass crack of dawn to board my plane! Can't wait...water...alcohol...water...alcohol....got it! :p

    Another good onn is pineapple juice and mineral water, in the morning. Of course when you start feeling better you can substitute malibu for the mineral water.

    Havent heard the tip about the B-12 before. This might be a silly question but do you take it the night before, before you go to bed or in the morning before you start drinking again? also how many do you take? I have found as many have said that the times I wake up with a hangover are 1)when I didnt eat enough either before, during, or after drinking & 2)havent drank enough water while drinking. I am a shot kinda girl & my hubby usually has to babysit me while drinking & make sure I drink a bottle of water between every couple drinks, I usually make a bit of a fuss cuz I just want more drinks but try to be a good girl & do it & it usually helps tremendously. I will have to try the gatorade & banana this time around too. Ive also found that the bloody marys & "hair of the dog" help too. Nothing worse then feeling like this the next day!!
