Dee and I have our own method, but it incorporates most of what others have said. We start the day with juice at the buffet. Before we allow ourselves to drink we commit to finishing a full bottle of water. (that's tough most days!!) During the day we stick to drinks with less alcohol and try not to get past the point of "pleasantly warm". Nap in the afternoon and then party it up and drink hard all night. I leave a tip and a note for the room staff and they usually will leave 2-3 bottles of water and extra V-8. I try to drink at least one V-8 before bed. We just got back Sunday from TTR. Most nights we were in either the sports pool, in the hot tub, or on the beach until 4 or 5 in the morning. There is something about TTR that makes us want to drink but never want to sleep!!
HA!!! That's Becky's favorite drink!! It's basically the only thing she has when we are at TTR. But, if she goes 1 drink over the line, nobody will see her sexy poolside before 3pm. :icon_cry:
Dandelion root capsules, buy it in any drugstore. Take a couple at a time two times a day, drink a bit of water once in a while. Trust me on this one, works everytime. My wife Michelle is a amature and gets hung bad, if she takes D.R capsules shes fine. YES....the green juice is amazing for hangovers! Been 5 times and only discovered it my last trip! It works wonders!!
