Stick to clear liquors and stay hydrated as well as take some pro biotics the night before you go out. This works for me and we drank from 10am til 10pm everyday for five days with no hangovers and we got up at sunrise everyday. Probiotics are the shit!
Don't really know yet as we have not tried it but my step son sells and swears by this stuff from a physical work out standpoint and he is a huge workout kind of guy....Rehydrate it is available on line......We will give it THE test at TTR LOL
Take 2-3 aspirin depending on your size with a liter of water before bed. You will wake up a little cranky but not headachy and nauseous. You should then be able to hit the buffet where your body will tell you what to eat to make you feel better (claim your pool chairs first). Wash it down with a bunch of fruit juice, several glasses of water, a cup of coffee and a mimosa or bloody Mary. Go back to your room and get frisky with your companion. The pool bar should be open by now and you are good to go :icon_lol:
