I usually try to drink two or three a day. One in the morning, afternoon and night if I am sober enuf to remember.:headbanger:
Says soda water works just as well - therefore, I would think that ANY carbonated beverage would actually work. So, I'm sort of confused - maybe not the right word. I might need to, God forbid, find the actual study abstract to see what really contributes to what. Edit 1 - (Yes, those of you that have not figured it out yet, I am an incredible nerd. If I could get paid to go to college for the rest of my life, I would.) So far, not finding the actual study. BUT - they only tested in test tube type situations. Not even on microorganisms.
