The secret to this elixir lies at PatyO's. They add a little bit of PatyO's floor scrapings each morning. It marinates for 20 hours with the extract and infuses hair of the dog. So last nights spillage is tomorrow mornings vaccine. Well that was how it was xplained to me when we inquired for the recipe.
Cure You know what they say " Can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning " Kidding aside like the others say water does wonders lots at night before bed. I also found little to no hangover with vodka sprite or clear drinks. The rum and Coates are tasty but the sugar always gets me and hangovers worse. I think eating well and hydrate with some water throughout day has been good for us over the years !!!!! Hope you fare well and don't get too hungover. After much research I found that Gatorade and pedialyte have sodium and potassium which is great...but still lacking in all post hangover needs. Emergen-C has those electrolytes: potassium, sodium, in adequate amounts and also a decent amount of B-1,2,6,12 ---this is helpful for post partying+ it has vit C of course. I checked out the sports nutrition nuun and heed...they come up lacking. So I'm going to try taking Emergen C morning and night, and maybe add liveraid with milk thistle to protect my liver as i'm planning on using it for many more drinking escapades over the next several decades ...also apparently asparagus has an enzyme that helps break down the alcohol intermediate toxic byproduct into a less toxic end product faster. ummm l love asparagus...dont forget to bring pepto bismol, Or alka seltzer + meclizine for the next day..just in case.

We ordered Trace Minerals packets last night. I've used their liquid products before; didn't know they made packets. Pretty excited based on what's in them!!! 32 packets, arrive tomorrow! Have all kinds of Bs, potassium, magnesium, etc. Plus, we ordered packets of Greens that have probiotics plus all kinds of green foods. Figure between the two, we should be good
