Wow...that's a lot of travel back and forth. You will for sure need a drink or two.

You don't get a hangover until you stop drinking - so maybe there is the answer, don't stop drinking!

We have been using Alka Seltzer morning relief for a couple of years now and it seems to help a bit but you still need to hydrate will with it so I throw some Gatorade or Powerade in to the mix

    Alka-Seltzer - Hangover Relief

Thanks for clarifying the 'real cucumbers' - I was thinking that was code word for something else. :icon_surprised::icon_surprised:

I am usualyl fine as long as I down a bottle of water before bed and wake up to a gatorade to re-hydrate myself. Reminder to self bring more gatorade this time around 6 wasnt enough lol.

Alcohol dehydrates - a hangover is your body telling you it's dehydrated. As some people said, keep drinking water while drinking - that should help.

But like someone else said - the best way to avoid it is to keep drinking! and if you're on vacation, that's exactly how you should do it. Go hard for the time you're there & let it catch up to you on the flight home :p
