We have most of the candy that you get in CAN. Don't think it will be different, remember we have Sams Costco and Walmart all carry US products.
A good substitute may be to bring a bunch of pencils or other school supply to hand out. For the last few years I have taken down a few dozen pencils and the kids seem to love them -- not the basic, yellow ones, but ones with cartoon characters, Canadian flags, neon colors, etc. Stickers are also very popular to give out.
