Yeah, but sometimes you like to slow down a bit, enjoy yourself and not be in such a rush all the time.... even Soccer is played on grass... 90 minutes of slow build up.. fast action.. then slow build up again... more fast action... and on and on.... sounds like more fun than skidding around in the dirt sometimes... I have this personal, and Temptation-based opinion: Nobody Knows You And Nobody Gives a Shit Therefore, they should not give a shit if my chest is hairy (it is and I'm not going to shave or wax it) or not - All I need to know is that Stacia luv-luv-loves my chest WITH fur on it. Shoulders, not so much, so I trim. There you go.
My soon to be husband and I are going to be at the resort mid/late September and he has a good amount of hair on him. I'm grooming his back before we go but that majestic chest hair isn't getting touched, I won't allow it. I personally love chest hair.
I can't believe this is a real consideration, show some TLC for your body and for the perspective of others. Smooth is sexy. Shave the chest for the same reasons you'd shave below. You expect us ladies to be smooth and sensual, we prefer that from you too. That was okay back in the 70's...no gorilla's please.
While I agree that we don't want the full sweater and that back/shoulders/etc should be shaved or waxed or taken care of in whatever way possible; I do disagree that that all men should shave their chests for the perspective of others. Some of us ladies that have responded to this post like chest hair. Smooth is sexy to some, hair is sexy to some. I feel like people should just aim for what they feel is sexy or whatever they are comfortable with.
What if I was to shave my chest, but leave the lower part of my mid-section hairy. I bet that would be hot.
Mines quite hairy and there's more than a few grey hairs in the bunch ( tried plucking them one at a time but was soon out manoeuvred ). I asked the missus what she thought about me getting the razor out and going smooth chested. Needless to say she was against it she likes the mature manly body with grey sneaking in. I've always told her at the end of the day when we close the door to the bedroom, thus shutting out the outside world the only opinion that counts is hers. So if she likes it it stays.
