Lol that week will be a disaster to all the work you have done for the past month... I suggest lots of water and a nice amount of protein if you can...
Yeah it suckz, you can deffinately tell from alot of my picz of where I start to lose my size and definition, due to constant drinking, and eating garbage, to try and absorb the Alchol....Gotta love the solo cueso. Thats what Im known for when I get pissy drunk, i just get a hole cheese pizza @ the oasis to try and absorb my drunkness. It workz. I walk in, and the chef is like Solo Cueso. The last trip, Trip 8 which was last june, I tried to avoid all that pizza and was just eating the boneless chicken breast, which are slammin
