Just left TTR and we hit the gym most days. DBs go from 10-40lbs. There's a smith machine to (kind of) squat/bench. Prob 5 Nautilis type machines and the rig pic posted above to do bands/pull-ups/dips. A ton of KBs and medballs but nowhere to use them. It's pretty small when there's a lot of people. When we were there they got new ellipticals and bikes. Enjoy!

    Thanks for the info above.
Will be our first trip to Temptation, so a few questions.

We always try to workout daily, esp while onboard cruises & all-inclusives, to balance out our eating, drinking & resort activities.

We see that there's plenty of treadmills & other aerobic equip, but at beach resorts, we always try to walk/run on the sand on the beach, for a change of scenery & barefeet feeling. So is this part of Cancun beach safe to walk/run? free of seaweed, trash, glass, etc.?

Guess 40 lbs DBs are OK for a resort.

Also, the weight machines looks like new(er) equipment?
Isn't Nautilus machines are state-of-the-art back in the 80's?

Are there group stretch or yoga classes?

    Thanks,

right out front of the resort ...there is great looking walking park, the path is not too crowded and it looks to lead into little parks ,etc. not sure of safety etc, since it is outside the resort but I plan on walking it on our next trip...

Yep machines are newer! Really not bad at all. There was a daily yoga/stretch class (30 min) everyday and there was Zumba and belly dancing a few times as well.

I have always felt safe running/walking on the paths outside the resort, even without my hubby. The path has markers every half-K so you know how far you have gone :)

I just run in the resort. There is a great running path from the fun holes to the bar. It you are feeling aquatic, you can do the breast stroke strait through the pool ;) Both options are great exercise.
