as a police officer with over 37 years on the job i can testify and prove no knife, sword, club, axe, vehicle or firearm (both pistol or rifle) has ever killed anything or any one unless THIS LIFELESS OBJECT was used as a weapon or used carelessly. what the F***ing lawmakers do not understand is the clown misusing the item is the cause. add on a no tolerence stiff prison sentence which must be served in full after the sentence for the crime you will fix a lot of things. also ban parole. punish or excute the person responsible but blaming the object has not or will not work. i must give credit to the great republic (state) of texas-- they lead the nation in a fixing the problem with the most violent felons. fry baby fry !!!!! to my northern neighbors- the militia refers to the common citizen not to a standing army or guard unit.
