My husband and I will be traveling to Cancun for the first time and are looking to make this trip a perfect one. Here is what we are looking for so we hope you will be able to help. First of all we are looking for a hotel that is topless friendly. Being from Europe this is a must. Age is not important but we are in our 20's so we would like a more open partying atmosphere. We are looking for a resort that has a beautiful beach, nice pool area, swim up bar, spa services, all inclusive, comfortable, clean spacious rooms, large bathrooms, bar in the hotel where we can get drinks anytime, no children, and a hotel that is close to the nightlife and shopping. We have been looking but we are finding places that will have something and not the next. Maybe we are expecting too much but we are hopeful this will help. Temptations has all that you want except beautiful beach and close to nightlife and shopping. Other than that, they have what you are looking for. Check out the threads on Temptation.
Since going topless is imporant for you, you will be better off in Myan Riviera area where couples resorts are more avail. drinks and spa etc comes with an all inclusive package which most all hotels in mexico are AI anyways. not familiar with all the couples resorts but it will be easy for you to search.
Sorry bella but Cancun has what she's looking for. Except for the party atmosphere I'd say the Riu has what you're looking for. Top rate hotel, 5 star and all that. Near the party zone, nice beach. However you can't beat the party atmosphere at Temptations. You give up the nice beach, which if you're into the fun at TTR you won't even notice, but you can visit the Beach at any time but heading down to one of the public beaches in the party zone. At TTR you're 10 minutes by bus, which is a trip in itself to ride, or 5 minutes by taxi from the party zone. As to the atmosphere, it's like a university frat party for adults. The folks at TTR mix up the crowd and get them interacting with each other better than any hotel I've ever stayed at. You will make live long friends from around the world and even within spitting distance of your front door. So if you want 5 star and quite choose the Riu. If you want the 3-4 star party, choose Temptations. Both do what they do the best. Jamie
