We love the ground floor in the 2000 building.. front door opens to patyos and back door opens to the sexy pool. if you sit outside for morning coffee it is open and less private but you meet and chat with people walking by. Easy access to take your coffee and stroll the beach or lay in a chair or hammock.
Just keep in mind... the higher up you go, the more slippery stairs you'll have to navigate while (presumably) drunk at 3 am... I took quite a spill my first trip. Ground floor ever since... But the view doesn't matter much to me, so it's a weighted decision. Enjoy your first trip! :daveandmo:
