We live in Cornwall so crossing from here to Massena, NY is not bad but going to Syracuse we usually cross from Gananoque and it could be hit or miss depending on the time of crossing but we never had to wait more than 30 min ever, which is not bad. We usually book from Ottawa as my parents live there and my son stays with them but this time we end up flying from Montreal and have a lay over in Miami for 8 hours and than Cancun the next day @ 7 am. Last May we got caught up in the very bad storm that hit and was 3 days late getting home. Virgin Atlantic gave us 2 free flights to anywhere in the world (well anywhere that they flew except Oz). So next Febs holiday is costing us the price of the room!!! We will buy you all a drink at Paty O's
