was ok I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL 9 TIMES AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE FOOD IS OK . BAR STAFF IS AWESOME . I GUESS MAYBE BECAUSE I GET VIP SERVICE ITS DIFFRENT BUT ALL THE SAME ITS A GRET PLACE TO STAY. OMAR ALDO AND MARIANNA (ACTIVITIES) ARE GREAT , THEY TRY TO GET PEOPLE INVOLVED. I GUESS YOU MAKE YOUR HOLIDAY THE WAY YOU WANT IT TO BE. SO ENJOY EVERYONE. JUST GOT BACK ON FEB 6TH WAS GREAT
Stayed here in 4/06, when it was still the Gran Costa Real. Had a wonderful time. Read the tip on Trip Advisor to tell them when you check in that it was your 2nd time staying there and you would get an upgrade. I totally lied and said it was our 3rd visit, we were given the black wrist bands (VIP) and I think we were upgraded to the nicest room they had, certainly had the biggest balcony we could see. HUGE room, bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Not sure if this trick would still work but it's worth a shot.
