The gp requires no reservations. The menu is not sophisticated. You can go wherever you want about anytime. Hope this helps
The only beer I remember was Dos Eguis, and it seemed like they had light or dark? I didn't drink much beer. Usually just got whatever was in the blender. They have lots of different kinds of those, they usually tell you what it is. Find one you like and stick with it. I drank a lot of those, and never got sick. My wife drank those during the day, and cocunut rum, and pineapple at night. That seemed to do the trick for her. At night around the a Tiki there will be plenty of shots passed around, some will be mild, and some "Mexican Viagra" may knock your socks off. If we go back I will buy some better rum at the airport, and have that for rum and cokes. I didn't like what they had for that at all. We had no problem with the food, but we aren't food people at all. Really liked the lasagna at Pier, and they have some good deserts there too, Creme brûlée.

We've never been disappointed in any of the food options on our trips to GP. Usually by dinner, after a day of sun and drinking, everything tastes good.
The Picasso is a good frozen drink they have, I like the ice burgs half dosxx half margarita. Also vodka 7up with lime. The 7up there is amazing.
