It wasn't too strict. Just didnt want people coming in with swimsuits or anything. Maybe its changed though - no idea. Been 3 yrs.

Yippee! June 4th thru June 8th - Kansas City peeps Can't wait to see this place. We will be there June 4th thru the 8th. I'm nervous after seeing all the posts on Trip Advisor about them bumping people. Is it really that bad there? We won't get there until 4:00pm. Woo hoo!
There tomorrow I can't imagine them bumping anyone during 'down season' which is the summer (e.g. June) ... I booked through skyauction and they accepted our bid (6/1 to 6/6) I did get a sketchy call on ground transportation that someone said stop here (at a booth on the inside). Having been to Cancun 8 times - I know better than to stop and talk to ANYONE (except customs or federales) on the inside. Lo and behold called our real transportation (best day) and as usual 'senor, straight outside...'... Interesting timeshareness I am sure
Thanks farmymg! I haven't been to Cancun in over 12 years so those reviews got me nervous. I can't wait to finally see this place! My husband has never been to Cancun so I want to make sure he has tons of fun and no set backs. I hope he loves the city as much as I do! Maybe we'll see you there!
Talked to Fonzie at the Tiki bar yesterday. He said the resort was at about 60% occupancy, so no bumping. See you all at the Tiki bar, you can`t miss me, I`ll be the one stuck to the bar seat all day...........jean
