Where would be a nice place to golf. Looking for locations not too far from our hotel, Riu Caribe. Also what are green fees like down there?

Will it be too hot if we do it early in the morning, we are going in August.

    thanks

The Hilton course is superior to the Pok Ta Pok layout. Better condition and better holes.

Both Pok Ta Pk and Hilton are very good, We also like to play in some other places as Mayan Palace and they offer transportation from Cancun, I suggest to begin at 7:00 am as it will be less crowded and also more windy.

Not sure I totally agree with Walshlaw about Pok ta Pok. Hilton is definitely better maintained but as to layout Pok ta Pok is designed by Robert Trent Jones, and they don't get much better than him.

In all fairness though, I have no clue who designed the Hilton course.

Pok ta Pok is very close to the Riu, like 2 km. Hilton is more like 10 but those are guesses.

Pok ta Pok is out your door to the right and Hilton to the left.
